That Old Black Magic Witchcraft
Sparked by a telephone call with a dear and long time friend, four months later the mashup cover for "That Old Black Magic / Witchcraft" was birthed. These classic Sinatra standards have been covered by everyone, and I especially thank the great Sammy Davis Jr., Ella Fitzgerald, and of course Frank Sinatra for inspiring my imagination. Similar to my Eartha Kitt cover in "Love Covers," I wanted to respectfully turn the songs "That Old Black Magic" and "Witchcraft" on their heads and see if I could make something cool. I hope you like it.

Love Covers
Love Covers features four cover songs, of the jaded love variety, that have been traditionally sung by women. Specifically, Anita Baker (Fairy Tales), Bernadette Peters (Falling in Love with Love), Eartha Kitt (I'd Rather Be Burned as a Witch), and Nina Simone (You Can Have Him). One of my covers, the Eartha Kitt one, even includes an original rap verse by yours truly. (Look mom, I'm rapping!)
The official release date is June 11th, 2020. At that time you will be able to listen to this release practically anywhere that you listen to music.
